In rebranding one of India's established real estate companies, our challenge was to orchestrate a smooth transition that would resonate across diverse stakeholder groups.
We approached this transformation through extensive stakeholder workshops and market research, ensuring the new identity would honor the company's legacy while positioning it for future growth. 


Starting with the naming strategy, we developed a comprehensive identity system that could flex across pan-India markets. Our collaborative process brought key decision-makers into the journey early, helping secure buy-in and enthusiasm for the change.
